An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and ambitious Content Creator to join a fast-growing e-commerce and lifestyle business based in Nottingham.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital content, social media trends, and short-form video production. Working closely with senior leadership and the wider marketing team, you will play a key role in creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and online engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, film, and edit engaging content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
• Develop platform-specific content strategies tailored to audience behaviour and trends
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all channels
• Manage and organise a growing content library including video assets and creative files
• Monitor content performance using analytics and provide recommendations to improve reach and engagement
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles
• Collaborate with internal teams to support wider marketing and growth campaigns
• Produce high-quality short-form video content designed to maximise engagement and shareability

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a content creation, social media, or digital marketing role
• Strong filming and editing skills with experience creating polished video content
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
• Confident copywriting skills for captions, headlines, and social posts
• Ability to interpret analytics and use data to improve performance
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience working within a fast-paced online or e-commerce environment is desirable
