£25,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Company:

Our client is a respected and growing financial planning firm, providing holistic advice to private clients. They are committed to developing future talent and offer a strong learning environment where trainees can build both technical expertise and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Financial Advisers and the Director to support client cases
  • Assist in preparing financial planning recommendations and reports
  • Conduct research across pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Support the advice process from fact-find through to implementation
  • Liaise with providers and internal teams to progress client cases
  • Develop technical knowledge through study and on-the-job training
  • Attend client meetings to observe and gradually build advisory experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong interest in becoming a Financial Adviser
  • Previous experience in financial services or an IFA support role (preferred)
  • Keen willingness to study towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on responsibility over time

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree or relevant financial services qualifications
  • Experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Exposure to financial planning systems or client servicing
  • Basic understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
