Join Finlink as a Recruitment Consultant

Finlink is a growing business within financial services, built by financial service people for financial service people. We support firms with recruitment, outsourced paraplanning and lead generation, and we have grown to support around 200 businesses across the sector.

We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our team.

This role could suit somebody with previous recruitment experience, but we are also very open to people from other backgrounds who can follow a process, communicate well, build trust and get things done. What matters most is effectiveness, consistency and the ability to learn.

This is not a role where success is measured by making endless phone calls. We care far more about making the right calls, having good conversations, booking quality appointments and moving people forward properly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be helping connect good people with good businesses across financial services.

Your role will include:

  • speaking with candidates and understanding what they are looking for
  • speaking with clients and understanding their hiring needs
  • following our recruitment processes properly and consistently
  • booking and managing candidate appointments
  • keeping records and systems up to date
  • building relationships with people over time, not just trying to force quick outcomes
  • helping move opportunities through to successful placements


Who we’re open to

We are open to different levels of previous experience.

You may already work in recruitment.

You may have worked in sales, customer service, financial services or another role where communication, organisation and follow through matter.

You may simply be somebody who is bright, reliable, process driven and wants to build a career in a business where you can genuinely develop.
