Business Development Manager – Corporate Apparel (B2B / Enterprise Clients) Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact Business Development role focused on winning and developing large, complex B2B contracts.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping new business strategy, targeting enterprise clients across sectors including fashion, luxury, automotive, and corporate wear.
This role will suit someone looking to step into a more strategic, high-value sales environment, working with established global brands on longer sales cycles and complex commercial deals.
What You’ll Be Doing - Generate and convert new business opportunities within enterprise and corporate markets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including tenders (RFPs), proposals, and negotiations
- Build and develop a pipeline of high-value opportunities (£500k–£2.5M)
- Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal design and delivery teams to create tailored, tailored solutions
- Drive long-term client partnerships and repeat business
What We’re Looking For - 3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sales and business development, with a proven track record of winning new business
- Experience selling both products and services within a consultative, solution-led environment
- Confident managing longer sales cycles and tender (RFP) processes
- Strong relationship-builder, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercially astute, with the ability to negotiate effectively and drive profitable deals
- Proactive and self-sufficient, comfortable building and owning a pipeline (not a fully warm desk)
Desirable:
- Experience in apparel, fashion, uniforms, or creative industries
- Exposure to enterprise or high-value contract sales
Important to Know (Transparency) - This is not a quick-win sales role, these are high-value contracts and can take time to convert.
- Commission is uncapped, but earnings build as pipeline matures
- Ideal for someone comfortable investing time to secure larger, longer-term wins
Package - £60–65k basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission (paid bi-annually, based on invoiced revenue & margin)
