Description

• Preparation of monthly management accounts pack with analysis and commentary
• Completion of the Month End Procedure
• Costs and variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Weekly revenue recognition analysis
• Monthly Cashflow analysis
• Cash book reconciliation
• Maintaining fixed asset register
• Support annual audits
• Project margin analysis
• Supporting completion of project cost spreadsheets
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Budgeting & forecasting

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A recognised qualification in accounting or finance (AAT and above).
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
