Telesales Representative

• Annual Salary: £25,000 plus commission
• Location: Croydon 
• Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

A great client of ours is seeking a Telesales Representative who is confident and effective both on the phone and in face-to-face interactions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication and relationship-building, particularly with Property Managers who often work under pressure. You will introduce their reliable services to clients who need support, making a real difference in their day-to-day operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage with Managing Agents and Property Managers through calls to introduce our services and understand their needs.
• Navigate through gatekeepers to reach the right contacts.
• Conduct natural and professional conversations without sounding scripted.
• Schedule follow-up calls and generate opportunities for the business.
• Visit client offices as needed to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain organised notes and manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Confidence in making phone calls and meeting clients face-to-face.
• Ability to think on your feet and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Resilience in handling rejections and the ability to bounce back.
• Organised and consistent in managing work tasks.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Previous telesales or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a proactive and engaging approach is more important.
