Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + Car / Allowance

OTE: £80,000 Year 1 | £100,000+ Year 2

Guarantee: Up to £75,000 (6–9 months)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage sales manager / mortgage manager to join a leading mortgage brokerage across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire.

This role offers genuine high earnings, strong lead flow, and the opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing team.

The Role

As a mortgage sales manager / mortgage manager, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of mortgage advisors
• Drive performance to maximise high earnings
• Conduct coaching, 1-to-1s, and performance reviews
• Recruit and onboard new advisors
• Work with estate agency introducers

Requirements

• Experience as a mortgage sales manager / mortgage manager or senior advisor
• CeMAP qualified
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience within estate agency environments preferred
