Your new role

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will support the delivery of an efficient, customer-focused lettings service, ensuring properties are marketed and let quickly while maintaining a high standard of service for customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the lettings process for void properties and new developments
• Coordinating viewings, pre-tenancy interviews and sign-ups
• Carrying out affordability and eligibility checks
• Managing lettings administration and maintaining accurate records
• Promoting available properties through online platforms and marketing channels
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick turnaround of properties
• Supporting customers to access housing and sustain tenancies
• Liaising with external partners and agencies where required

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within housing, lettings, or a customer-focused role
• Understanding of housing processes or welfare benefits (desirable)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working with or supporting vulnerable customers (desirable)
• Competent IT skills
