Our client, a long-standing and highly respected accountancy firm in the heart of Oxfordshire, is looking for a proactive Payroll Executive who enjoys building relationships as much as delivering accurate payrolls. If you're someone who loves variety, thrives under deadlines, and takes pride in getting the details right, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running end-to-end payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Guiding clients through payroll queries with clarity and confidence
• Ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements and RTI submissions
• Managing pension auto-enrolment and supporting clients with setup
• Working closely with the wider accounts team to deliver a seamless service

What We're Looking For

• Solid payroll experience (practice or bureau preferred)
• A friendly communicator who enjoys client interaction
• Strong understanding of UK payroll rules and statutory requirements
• Someone organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
