Support Worker – Join a Caring and Supportive Team!

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Our client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team in providing high-quality, person-centred care for adults who are neurodiverse (autism, learning disabilities).

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will help service users live as independently and fully as possible. You’ll support daily routines, encourage participation in social activities, maintain clear and accurate records, and assist with medication, personal care, and day-to-day living skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support individuals with personal, emotional, and social development
  • Help manage medication and maintain accurate records
  • Enable meaningful participation in community, wellbeing and leisure activities such as yoga, dance sessions, outdoor activities, field trips within London or beyond.
  • Contribute to individual care plans and risk assessments
  • Ensure safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
  • Be part of a rota-based team supporting 24/7 care

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and proactive attitude
  • Ability to follow structured plans and support routines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Experience in care or similar fields is not necessary for this role, full training provided. 
  • Close proximity to Wood Green is a must. Please be aware that we will not consider candidates who will need to commute more than 1 hour.
