Description

The Personal Injury Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, including Multi-Track cases
  • Assisting partners and senior lawyers on high-value and complex serious injury claims
  • Drafting pleadings, reviewing evidence, and supporting preparation for trial
  • Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, case managers, and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and team knowledge sharing


Profile

The Personal Injury Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2 - 5 years' PQE in claimant Personal Injury work
  • Experienced in handling Multi-Track cases, ideally including serious injury matters
  • Familiar with Major Trauma Centres, case managers and rehabilitation processes
  • Knowledgeable in the Rehabilitation Code of Practice and Serious Injury Guide
  • A strong communicator with excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting junior team members
  • Interested in engaging with business development activities
