Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 basic (including car allowance) + financial guarantees (first 5 months)

OTE: £50,000 Year 1 | £100,000+ Year 2 | high earnings

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a high-performing, financially driven environment with strong lead generation and genuine high earnings potential.

The Lincoln market offers average property values of £213,000, with properties up to £650,000, and the branch consistently sells around 135 properties per month. This creates a strong pipeline for a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to generate high earnings, with realistic figures of £95,000 – £110,000 and top performers exceeding £200,000.

The Role:

• Working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker within a busy estate agency branch
• Receiving 10–14 qualified mortgage leads per week
• Accessing a large existing client database for remortgage and protection opportunities
• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Building long-term client relationships and generating repeat business
• Writing approximately 2–3 mortgages per week

This role offers a genuine opportunity to achieve high earnings in a supportive and structured environment.

Requirements:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in a target-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence
