Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative support to a busy team
  • Support with finance-related tasks, including invoices, timesheets, payroll inputs, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support commission calculations and general accounting administration using internal systems
  • Maintain and improve the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows
  • Support marketing activity, including social media, client communications, and market updates
  • Assist in organising and delivering client events and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects focused on improving processes and supporting business growth


Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years office experience
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles
  • Strong IT skills (including Excel)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


Desirable

  • Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Exposure to events, marketing campaigns, or recruitment environments
