Cover Supervisor- Warrington

We are looking for dedicated and assertive Cover Supervisors to join our team supporting secondary schools across the Warrington area. This role is perfect for those who are highly organised, excellent communicators, and looking to build their career in education.

We support schools across the entire Warrington borough, including:

• Central Warrington: Town Centre, Orford, and Fairfield.
• West Warrington: Great Sankey, Penketh, and Chapelford.
• East Warrington: Birchwood, Padgate, and Culcheth.
• South Warrington: Stockton Heath, Appleton, Lymm, and Grappenhall.
• North Warrington: Winwick and Fearnhead.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children/young people (11-16 years).
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Strong verbal and written skills to engage students effectively.

Key Duties:

• Supervise students across various subjects.
• Ensure pupils complete pre-planned work left by the absent teacher.
• Maintain a positive learning environment by enforcing school behaviour codes.
• Assist pupils with queries regarding the set tasks and learning materials.
• Register students and return completed work to the department head.
• Manage any immediate classroom emergencies according to school procedures.
