Description

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes effectively.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting as needed.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A recognised qualification in accounting, such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A track record of delivering accurate financial reports under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
