Job Title: Residential Conveyancing assistant/Paralegal
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £24,000- £28,000

Our client is a leading regional law firm with an excellent presence in the local market. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen with the residential conveyancing department for an enthusiastic and driven conveyancing assistant/paralegal. Applications are also welcome from Law Graduates with some relevant experience or interest in Residential Conveyancing. You will join an incredibly successful and growing team and provide comprehensive support to senior solicitors/lawyers within the department.
This role will see you supporting and or managing your own caseload consisting of a wide range of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more.

About you:

6 month's + experience working within a residential or commercial property role, or a Law Graduate with relevant experience or interest in conveyancing
Attention to detail
Customer/client focused
Strong organisational skills
