Head of Property Management – Leeds City Centre

£40,000 – £45,000 | Full-time | Leadership Role

We’re looking for a proven leader to head up a large Property Management team, drive operational excellence, and elevate client experience across a substantial portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage a large team of Property Managers
• Managing key client relationships and large portfolios
• Driving operational improvements and performance standards
• Handling complex escalations and resolving issues decisively
• Implementing change and improving branch performance
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy

What you’ll bring:

• ARLA qualification (non-negotiable)
• Strong track record managing a large property management teams across extensive portfolios
• Confident leadership and people development skills
• Operational mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
• Experience turning around underperforming teams/branches
• Solid systems knowledge (Reapit a bonus)
• Resilience, organisation, and the ability to juggle priorities
