Employment Solicitor

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, forward-thinking law firm seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to lead and develop its employment offering.

You’ll manage your own caseload while playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the employment department and contributing to the wider success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities;

• Managing a varied employment law caseload, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Providing clear, practical and commercially minded advice to clients
• Playing an active role in business development and marketing across the firm
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to the training, development and progression of colleagues

This role will suit someone who is:

• A qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Comfortable running their own caseload independently
• Commercially aware, with the ability to grow and maintain client relationships
