Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our valued client. This Sales Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
Location: Sittingbourne
Industry: Construction & Building Services
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
About the Role:
• Managing daily administrative and operational tasks within the sales team
• Processing sales orders, quotations and contract documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, pricing schedules and customer files
• Supporting the sales team with reporting, tender submissions and pipeline updates
• Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery
About You:
• Experience within a similar sales support or office-based role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
