Residential Conveyancer - All Levels 

A reputable, Shropshire based law firm is currently recruiting for vacancies within its Residential Conveyancing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to join a well-established firm and work alongside a diverse team of conveyancing professionals with varying levels of experience.

Candidates from paralegal, junior conveyancers through to solicitors will be considered for the firms Shrewsbury or Telford office. 

The role
Our client is a busy full-service law firm that is now looking to add to its conveyancing department in both Shrewsbury and Telford. It is open on the level of candidate and is keen to see who is available in the market and how they can fit into the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all stages of the residential conveyancing process or running own files dependent on level
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third-party organisations
• Managing telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Preparing and maintaining legal documentation and case files
• Providing administrative and transactional support to the conveyancing team
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing 
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Team-player mentality with a proactive approach to workload management
• Competent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and case management systems
