In-House Service & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated In-House Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end logistics processes, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory control, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • SAP & Logistics Process:
    • Execute daily logistics operations in SAP, including goods receipt, put-away, and goods issue.
    • Oversee end-to-end logistics processes such as order-to-ship, repair loop, and reverse logistics, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Manage all inbound and outbound flows, ensuring correct packing, labelling, and documentation.
    • Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards across warehouse, stores, and workshop areas.
    • Arrange collection/dispatch to customer sites and field engineers, optimizing cost and lead time.
  • Inventory Management & Internal Controls:
    • Maintain over 98% inventory accuracy through robust cycle counting and reconciliation.
    • Plan and execute annual stock take in collaboration with the Service Manager.
    • Handle issues with damaged goods or deliveries and raise claims as necessary.
  • In-house Service & Customer Support:
    • Manage booking in of customer equipment and parts deliveries in SAP.
    • Package materials for shipment ensuring protection in transit and accurate documentation.
    • Maintain a clean, tidy, and compliant workshop environment to support in-house repair workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes and inventory control.
  • Forklift driver's licence and experience in a racked warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience working with 3PLs and international shipments is advantageous.
