Key Responsibilities

• Private Client Solicitor to manage a broad range of private client matters including:
  
  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  •  Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
  • Family Investment/ Personal Investment Companies
  • Succession planning for businesses
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Trusts
• Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development and networking activities
• Contributing positively to the growth and culture of the team
• Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance

Candidate Profile
You will be:

• Experienced Private Client Solicitor in England & Wales
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially aware and proactive
• Private Client Solicitor who is compassionate, approachable and client-focused
