A boutique law firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and creative individual looking to develop their career within a professional services environment. The role is 5 days in the office!
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing pitch documents, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients
Managing and scheduling content for the firm’s LinkedIn page
Drafting and coordinating office newsletters and communications
Researching prospective clients and market opportunities
Assisting with legal directory and award submissions
Organising and supporting client events and networking initiatives
Coordinating and recording podcast content for the firm’s website
Liaising with external publications to arrange features and coverage
Researching new tools and technologies to enhance client services and office efficiency
Requirements:
Previous marketing, business development, or communications experience preferred
Strong written communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Degree educated
Experience with LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms advantageous
