Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: £28,000 plus excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Solihull – Hybrid working (3 days office based)
Working as a Sales Executive within the Internal Sales & Business Development team, you will support Regional Sales Managers whilst developing strong working relationships with Motor Dealers and Finance Brokers within a well established and award winning financial services business with Platinum Investors in People accreditation.

Duties:
• Supporting Regional Sales Managers with sales support and administration duties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Motor Dealers and Finance Brokers
• Providing introducers with quotations and ongoing support
• Monitoring and managing existing pipeline business
• Liaising daily with Underwriting and Business Support teams to ensure service standards are achieved
• Assessing and administering introducer applications before approval
• Producing management information and reports for the Management Team
• Using introducer feedback to support the development of processes and products
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive business relationships
• Working towards individual and team objectives and targets
• Attending training sessions to support personal development and progression
• Supporting introducers in an empathetic, confident and knowledgeable manner
Key Skills Required:
• Previous experience within sales, business development or customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Target driven with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Professional and adaptable approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• IT literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of the Vehicle Finance industry would be advantageous
• Previous underwriting or financial assessment experience would be beneficial
