Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are excited to be recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our client based in Holton Heath. You will be working within a small, friendly and supportive team. All members of the team help with answering the phones and assisting with general enquiries.

The role:

This is a permanent role and will involve inputting purchase ledger into industry specific software. Training on this will be provided, however you will need to have previous experience of using accounting software. You will also be using Excel to calculate and create invoices.

Standard working hours are 8am - 4.30pm, but there is some flexibility on this.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of Purchase Ledger experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
