My client, who I have placed staff 2 with are a boutique wealth planning practice with satellite offices across the UK who have been operating for over 10 years. Their main office is in Dorking. They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators and families. Average client has £400k - £500k of investable assets, but the highest net worth clients have £1m+.
I am speaking directly to the MD. They advise their clients on Pensions, Investments, Estate Planning, IHT and retirement planning. Their highest net worth clients do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. As a result of plenty of recommendations and referrals a brand-new vacancy has been created by the MD for a Paraplanner who is studying towards their level 4 diploma. You will be conducting end to end paraplanning i.e. drafting templated suitability reports, product research, doing a variety of calculations and aiding with ad hoc admin and attending all client meetings with the advisers to aid your development. Full study will be given to you and there is a route to being fully fledged paraplanner and thereafter an adviser.
