This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant looking to step into a Head of Finance role, within a high-end, multi-revenue hospitality environment.

The Opportunity

• Step into a Head of Finance position with full ownership of the function
• Work within a luxury hospitality environment (rooms, F&B, events, leisure)
• Partner directly with senior leadership to support business performance
• Opportunity to develop and shape financial processes

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day financial operations
• Producing monthly management accounts and reporting
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Overseeing compliance, VAT returns, and statutory requirements
• Supporting year-end processes and audits
• Managing cash flow and cost control
• Partnering with operational teams to improve performance visibility

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent)
• Background as a Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant (or similar)
• Strong grounding in management accounts and financial reporting
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support operational teams
• Hands-on, proactive approach

Hospitality, leisure, or multi-site experience is strongly preferred, particularly in environments with multiple revenue streams.
