Corporate Partnerships Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to join a well-regarded charity based in London. This role plays a key part in supporting the development and stewardship of corporate partnerships, helping to grow sustainable income and build long-term relationships with external supporters, while working closely with internal teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of the corporate partnerships programme in line with agreed income and engagement targets
  • Manage and steward relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring high-quality communication and engagement
  • Research and identify new corporate prospects to support pipeline development
  • Assist with approaches, pitches, and presentations to prospective and existing partners
  • Prepare reports, proposals, applications, and stewardship materials for corporate supporters
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information for reporting and supporter communications
  • Maintain accurate records of income, engagement, and activity using the organisation’s CRM system
  • Support due diligence, internal approvals, and documentation relating to corporate partnerships
  • Attend and support fundraising, engagement, and cultivation events as required
  • Contribute to cross-team projects and wider fundraising initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in fundraising, partnerships, account management, or a relationship-focused role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Interest in developing a career within corporate partnerships fundraising

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum two days per week in the office)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £38,000 per annum
