The Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, providing efficient and professional administrative support to technical specialists working on complex remediation programmes.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating meetings and taking accurate minutes
• Supporting technical managers with document management and project file organisation
• Uploading and maintaining key project documentation
• Tracking and processing fire safety reports (FRAEW/FRA)
• Maintaining internal trackers, including regulatory submissions
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of compliance documentation packs
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team

About You

You’ll be a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key experience:

• Previous administrative or coordination experience
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Experience working in a time-critical, team-based environment
• Ideally, exposure to construction, housing, or property-related projects
• Any knowledge of building safety, utilities, or remediation projects would be advantageous
