PE Teacher - Secondary School - Salford
Full Time | September 2026 Start | Long-Term Role Until December 2026

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Salford, who are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team from September 2026 until December 2026.

This is a full-time, long-term position and would be ideal for an enthusiastic teacher who is passionate about promoting physical education and encouraging students to achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students to develop confidence, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards physical activity
• Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification

The school has a strong and supportive PE department with excellent facilities and a positive learning environment. They are looking for someone who can quickly become part of the wider school community and make a positive impact from the beginning of the academic year.

This role would suit both experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable experience within a supportive secondary setting.
