Working across Industrial, Driving, Office & Professional, and other fast-paced sectors, this is a role for someone who thrives on networking, winning new business, and making things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunting down and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Promoting temporary labour solutions across Industrial, Driving, Office & Professional, and other fast-paced sectors
- Getting out and about for client meetings, sales visits, and networking events
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Negotiating rates and service agreements
- Working closely with the recruitment team to deliver top-quality service
- Hitting targets and helping drive company growth
What They Are Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
- A confident communicator who loves building relationships
- Professional and outgoing approach on the phone and face-to-face
- Self-motivated with strong organisation skills
- Someone who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
- Full UK driving licence required and access to a car
