A reputable and longstanding law firm in Malvern that has a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team. 

The Role

Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team in Malvern. This role will primarily focus on probate and estate administration, alongside supporting work in wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of estates from start to conclusion
• Advising clients on probate matters and intestacy
• Drafting and updating Wills
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client work
• Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration
• Experience in drafting Wills and LPAs
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• A proactive and practical approach to problem-solving
