Key Responsibilities

• Managing export shipments from start to finish
• Preparing and processing export documentation
• Liaising with customers, carriers, hauliers, and overseas agents
• Booking shipments with shipping lines and transport providers
• Monitoring and tracking shipments
• Providing excellent customer service and regular shipment updates
• Handling freight quotations and pricing requests
• Ensuring compliance with customs and international shipping regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within Export Freight Forwarding is essential
