Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Sutton Coldfield office.

This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience who thrives in a sales-driven environment, loves building relationships, and is hungry to succeed.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our permanent division, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing your own desk within the construction sector.

You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, build strong relationships, win new business, and deliver high-quality candidates into permanent opportunities.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Winning new business and developing client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
• Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
• Building a strong network across the construction market
• Managing client meetings, negotiations, and offers
• Growing and developing your own profitable desk
• Working towards individual and team targets

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for recruiters with:

• A minimum of 1 year recruitment experience
• Strong sales ability and commercial awareness
• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates at all levels
• A proactive, resilient, and competitive mindset
• The drive to earn well and progress quickly
• High energy, ambition, and self-motivation
• The ability to work hard and stay focused under pressure

Construction recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential.

What matters most is attitude.
