£33,000 + £3,600 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus = £39,900

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Resident Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across the North West region.

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on delivering excellent resident experiences, maintaining high estate standards and managing contractors, inspections and maintenance activity across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments across the East Midlands & North of England
• Conduct regular site and block inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works
• Manage contractor performance and service delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for residents
• Support and oversee Tenant Liaison Advisors and external agents
• Ensure developments remain safe, compliant and well maintained

About You

• Experience in property, block or estate management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident managing contractors and resident issues
• Able to work independently across multiple sites
• Own Transport. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
