This role is 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Proactive Sales & Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and conducting outbound sales calls to prospective corporate clients.
  • Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure high levels of service.
  • Consultative Selling: Providing expertise on products, tailored to business needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to handover, often using CRM platforms to track progress.
  • Targets and KPIs: Working towards monthly and annual targets, including unit sales, profit margins, and sales activity metrics. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate at a senior level.
  • Commercial Awareness: 
  • Resilience & Motivation: A target-driven mindset with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Organisation: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
