Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial controls are in place and maintained across the business.
• Partner with key stakeholders to support business strategy and operational decision-making.
• Support year-end processes, including audit coordination and statutory reporting.

Key essentials of the Finance Manager:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills
