Product Developer | Premium Menswear

We’re partnering with a heritage-led premium fashion brand to find a commercially driven and detail-oriented Product Developer to join their growing team.

This is a pivotal role, responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process across core categories - with a strong focus on men's formalwear - while also supporting the expansion into new lifestyle areas.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the full product lifecycle from concept through to bulk production
• Partnering closely with Design to translate creative vision into commercially successful product
• Developing seasonal collections across mens shirting and formalwear, alongside new categories
• Driving sourcing strategies to improve cost efficiency and intake margins
• Building strong relationships with global suppliers and mills
• Leading fit sessions, fabric development, and technical execution
• Managing sampling and ensuring critical path deadlines are met
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Supply Chain

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in product development within premium or luxury apparel
• Brings strong expertise in mens shirting and/or formalwear construction, fit, and fabrics
• Has a commercial mindset with a track record of driving margin improvement
• Is confident managing global sourcing and supplier relationships
• Is highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects
• Communicates with impact and collaborates effectively across teams
