International Transportation Performance Manager required to lead performance monitoring and optimisation across my clients export network.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years’ experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics performance, with a strong background in data analysis, KPI reporting, and cost optimisation. They will work cross-functionally with finance, operations, carrier management, and risk teams to improve cost efficiency, service reliability, and loss prevention across international lanes.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded, analytically strong professional with experience translating performance data into actionable improvement plans within complex, cross-border transportation networks.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or operations performance roles. Experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, or operational performance monitoring
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools
