You’ll join a respected financial planning firm in Sheffield with a friendly, collaborative culture and a strong reputation for looking after both clients and staff. What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of the full client servicing and administration process, ensuring advisers and clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end client servicing, including updates, changes and general queries
- Preparing client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
- Handling Letters of Authority, tracking provider responses and updating systems
- Liaising with providers to obtain policy information, resolve queries and chase outstanding items
- Maintaining accurate client records across CRM and provider platforms
- Supporting advisers with meeting prep, follow-up actions and workflow management
- Acting as a senior point of contact for junior administrators
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, templates and efficiency
- Ensuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, take initiative and keep things running smoothly.
Development & progression Although this is a senior admin role, the firm offers genuine development opportunities, including:
- Progression into Senior Administrator Lead, Team Coordinator or Trainee Paraplanner roles
