If you enjoy taking the lead, improving processes and being the “go-to” person for advisers, this role will feel like a natural next step.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of the full client servicing and administration process, ensuring advisers and clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end client servicing, including updates, changes and general queries
  • Preparing client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation
  • Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
  • Handling Letters of Authority, tracking provider responses and updating systems
  • Liaising with providers to obtain policy information, resolve queries and chase outstanding items
  • Maintaining accurate client records across CRM and provider platforms
  • Supporting advisers with meeting prep, follow-up actions and workflow management
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for junior administrators
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, templates and efficiency
  • Ensuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, take initiative and keep things running smoothly.

Development & progression

Although this is a senior admin role, the firm offers genuine development opportunities, including:

  • Progression into Senior Administrator Lead, Team Coordinator or Trainee Paraplanner roles
  • Full exam support if you want to work towards the Diploma
  • Regular training, mentoring and technical development
  • Opportunities to take on more complex tasks and support paraplanners

If you prefer to remain in a senior admin role long-term, that’s supported too the firm values stability and expertise.

What they’re looking for
  • Strong experience in an IFA/wealth management administration role
  • Confident using Intelligent Office (IO) or similar CRM/back-office systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple adviser workflows
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, compliant work
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients and providers
  • Someone proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and improving processes

This role suits someone who wants to be a trusted, senior member of the admin team, not just process tasks.

What you’ll get in return

  • Hybrid working with 2–3 days from home
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Supportive, friendly team with low staff turnover
  • Modern office environment with strong systems and processes
  • Full exam funding and development opportunities
  • A role with genuine autonomy, trust and influence
