We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Consultant to join a busy and fast-paced recruitment team specialising in the Commercial Division

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing clients, and supporting all admin staff in finding the right opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing business, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and drivers
• Sourcing, screening, and registering all admin staff
• Managing bookings and ensuring staff availability
• Conducting compliance checks and maintaining accurate records
• Developing new business opportunities within the Commercial sector
• Providing excellent customer service and ongoing support

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment ideally have a good understanding of a Commercial desk
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Target-driven with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence preferred
