Our client are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring products are handled, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

You will support the Warehouse Manager and Clinical Trial Coordinator in the day-to-day running of warehouse operations, ensuring all goods are processed and dispatched in line with MHRA guidelines and company procedures.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 4pm-8:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, organise and store inventory in the correct physical locations and within the SAP system
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch, including cold chain and ambient products
• Generate final invoices, apply courier labels and ensure accurate order documentation
• Pack products to a high standard while maintaining cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily tasks and ad hoc operational duties
• Move inventory and materials between warehouse locations to support manufacturing activities
• Monitor secondary packaging stock and notify the Warehouse Manager when replenishment is required
• Carry out daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Customer Services, QC and Production to meet team objectives

Key attributes

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
• GCSEs (or equivalent)
• Good numeracy and basic IT skills
• Well organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process-driven with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Proactive, service-orientated team player able to work effectively with others
