What you'll be doing

• Leading and overseeing complex audit engagements from planning through to completion
• Managing and developing high-performing audit teams across a varied client portfolio
• Taking responsibility for client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Contributing to business development activity and identifying opportunities for growth
• Supporting internal initiatives to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and technical standards
• Playing a key role in mentoring and developing future leaders within the team
