About the role:
This is a fractional role ideally suited for individuals with experience in sales development, specifically within the corporate travel sector or related fields. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients within the corporate travel space, focusing on EA, PA teams, travel managers, and procurement leads. You will work to expand Leanspace's outbound sales pipeline through targeted outreach and discovery call scheduling.
Key responsibilities:
• Work through a targeted list of corporate accounts, focusing on travel managers, EA, PA teams, procurement leads, and operations contacts.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, managing objections and the pipeline.
• Book qualified discovery calls with prospects and log all activities in the CRM.
• Report and review pipeline activities on a weekly basis.
Role requirements:
• Proven experience in sales development or a related role.
• Strong telephone communication skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Previous experience in corporate travel, TMC sales, SaaS, or selling into the corporate travel or EA/PA world is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently on a fractional basis, maintaining consistent performance and commitment.
