We are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Rickmansworth.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Estate Agency or Property Sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator looking to step up into a Management position.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role Sales Assistant Manager:

  • Basic £30,000 - £35,000
  • OTE £50,000 - £55,000
  • £3,000 Car allowance
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm (day back in lieu)
  • 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role Sales Assistant Manager:

  • Carry out accurate property valuations and secure new sales instructions
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities to increase market share and company growth
  • Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
  • Manage sales process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression of sales
  • Provide expert advice to clients on pricing strategies, local market trends
  • Support, motivate, and guide the team to achieve individual and branch performance targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
  • Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business
  • Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and compliance within all aspects of residential property sales
  • Represent the company positively within the local community while identifying opportunities to strengthen the company's reputation and presence

Key Skills for the role Sales Assistant Manager:

  • Must have a proven track record in Estate Agency or Property Sales
  • Must have a full understanding of the sales process
  • Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be target driven, well-spoken and presented
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Confident with outstanding organisational skills
  • IT Literate
  • Articulate with excellent presentation skills
  • Be able to inspire and lead others with good business winning skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
