Temporary HR Administrator (3 Months)

Our client is a leading hospitality group, operating a portfolio of venues across the UK and internationally. Situated near Soho they are looking for a temporary HR Administrator to join a team of 4x in HR, for a 3-Month assignment. The HR Admin will report into a Head of HR, and the wider HR team has a company culture which is described as relaxed, collaborative, supportive, yet hard working. They offer a hybrid working model (3-days on-site) and prefer a HR administrator with a background in hospitality or entertainment. Candidate must have experience using Talos ATS and ADP HRIS.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of HR, providing administrative support to the HR team and wider business stakeholders.

  • Deliver full administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to improve the employee experience.

  • Ensure pre-employment and new starter documentation is issued on time, including benefits information.

  • Prepare starter and leaver documentation, including personnel files, for assigned locations.

  • Accurately input starter, leaver, and transfer data into HR and payroll systems to meet deadlines.

  • Support DBS checks and gaming licences in collaboration with Compliance where required.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR and payroll systems.

  • Manage archiving of leaver files and maintain archive records.

  • Handle reference requests, escalating concerns to Venue and Head Office Directors when necessary.

  • Manage ad hoc requests (e.g. mortgage letters, tenancy references, employment confirmations).

  • Process season ticket loan requests and associated finance paperwork.

  • Complete general HR administrative tasks as required.

  • Conduct quarterly audits of personnel files with venue assistants.

  • Ensure full immigration and Right to Work compliance, maintaining accurate records (manual and electronic) for inspections.

  • Conduct quarterly company-wide audits on employee immigration status and update central records.

  • Act as HR systems superuser for ADP

  • Use Talos ATS to manage job applications

  • Produce routine HR reports for the HR leadership team.

  • Code and process HR invoices for payment through Finance.
