Field Sales Development Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

CTR Select is recruiting for a global organisation seeking an experienced Field Sales Development Manager to support logistics and supply chain projects across UK operations.

This role will focus on driving operational improvements, managing development projects, supporting logistics solutions, and working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics and operational development projects
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and solution design
• Monitor project progress, risks, and delivery timelines
• Provide logistics analysis and reporting
• Build strong stakeholder and partner relationships

Requirements

• IATA Dangerous Goods Certification essential for this role
• Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Background in project delivery, operational development, or business improvement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
