A well-established company in the education supplies industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join its team. As a Customer service Administrator you will be processing customer orders, handling enquiries and complaints, and providing general support to the sales department.


Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Ensuring order confirmations are sent to customers.
  • Maintaining the excel spreadsheets
  • Using CRM software, and Opera/Pegasus daily.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally.
  • Identifying and sharing customer feedback to improve products and services.


Skills & experience required:


  • Education: GCSEs & A-Levels (or equivalent).
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems.
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience handling customer orders via email/web.
  • A motivated, dynamic, and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ambitious and eager to progress and develop.
