This role is best suited to individuals who are have current experience of paraplanning. You will benefit from working in a close-knit team, receiving direct mentorship, and gaining exposure to all aspects of financial planning. The firm is committed to supporting your professional development, including progression towards further industry qualifications. The business is looking for candidates that are already in a paraplanning role. Ideally, you will be level 4 qualified, or on the way to achieving this qualification.

Working within a small but highly skilled team, you will play a key role in helping to grow and maintain the firm’s high standards and client-focused approach.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will be an integral part of the advice process providing essential research, technical support, and suitability reports. A typical day will involve assisting in client reviews, cashflow modelling, processing new business, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. There is flexibility provided with a hybrid working arrangement where once you're established, would require one day a week in the office. This ensures you benefit from both direct collaboration and professional development opportunities as well as providing you with flexibility.
