The Opportunity

Robert Half Talent Solutions are recruiting an experienced Interim Financial Controller to lead and stabilise the finance function during a critical period for a fast-paced, international business.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with responsibility for multiple P&Ls and close partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and stabilise the finance function during a key transition period
• Full oversight of multiple P&Ls within a complex, international environment
• Manage, mentor and support an established finance team
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership
• Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with clear expectations and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Proven Interim Financial Controller (or Finance Director happy to step into an FC role)
• Strong experience managing multiple P&Ls
• Comfortable committing to a 6-month interim assignment
• Able to work 5 days onsite in West Swindon
• People-focused, collaborative and approachable leadership style
• Able to commute within approximately 40 miles of Swindon, Wiltshire
